Cancellation Policy

For courses that are scheduled to take place, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within this time frame, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for courses under the following conditions:

• If you cancel your course more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your course within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If the course has already been delivered, no refund will be issued.
